Formal commercial terms of service and end-user license agreements (EULA) are being finalized for our commercial release on Steam. Below are our foundational entity and trademark disclosures.
1. Studio Entity & Organization
Urban Monkey Games LLC is an independent game development studio formed in 2026, registered in the United States. All games, media, and interactive products published under the Urban Monkey banner are owned and operated by Urban Monkey Games LLC.
2. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All original characters, artwork, cards, story lore, audio, animations, game mechanics, and trademarks—including "Urban Monkey Games", the Urban Monkey mascot, "Omakaw", and "Monty Makaw"—are the exclusive property of Urban Monkey Games LLC. Unauthorized copying, modification, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
3. Valve & Steam Disclaimers
Valve, the Valve logo, Steam, the Steam logo, Steam Deck, and Steamworks are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of Valve Corporation in the U.S. and/or other countries. Urban Monkey Games LLC and Omakaw are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation.
4. Code & Open Source Utilities
Select open-source tools and frameworks used in building our website and engine pipelines (including Dart, Jaspr, Flutter, and community packages) remain licensed under their respective open-source licenses (MIT, BSD-3-Clause, Apache 2.0).
